Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged BrilloNaturals Halawa Wax, rest assured that we’ll resolve the issue. Simply send us a photo or brief video of the damage, and we’ll replace the item free of charge and ship a new one to you.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, we’ll initiate the transfer within 48 hours. The refund will be credited directly to your bank account. (courier charges are non-refundable).
